At Phone Armor, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14 days replacement warranty on eligible products.
Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product.
You received a faulty product.
You received the wrong product.
Refund requests must be reported within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Please contact us through WhatsApp or email with your order details, product pictures, and issue details.
After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.
Replacement Warranty
We offer a 14 days replacement warranty for technical faults or product issues not caused by customer misuse.
If your product develops a technical fault within 14 days, contact us on WhatsApp or email. After verification, you will need to send the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will send you a replacement product.
Important Conditions
Refund is only available for damaged, faulty, or wrong products reported within 24 to 48 hours.
After 48 hours, only replacement warranty applies, based on the issue.
Replacement is not valid for damage caused by customer misuse, physical breakage, water damage, or improper handling.
Open parcel checking service is available only in Karachi.
Open parcel checking service is not available outside Karachi.
