9Volt is an online tech store offering smartwatches, earbuds, chargers, accessories, and related tech products across Pakistan.

Product Information
We try our best to show accurate product details, images, prices, features, and availability. Product colors, packaging, and box contents might slightly differ due to stock variation, screen display, or supplier updates.

Orders
After placing an order, our team will contact you for confirmation. An order will only move forward after customer confirmation. 9Volt reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect details, unavailable stock, pricing error, or suspicious activity.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any discount, offer, or sale price applies only during the active offer period.

Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery and advance payment options where available. For special services, urgent delivery, or open parcel service outside Karachi, advance payment might be required.

Shipping
Karachi delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
Outside Karachi delivery takes 4 to 5 working days.
For urgent delivery, contact us on WhatsApp. Extra charges apply for TCS by air delivery.
Delivery delays might occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, road blockage, or law and order situations.

Open Parcel Service
Open parcel checking is available only in Karachi.
For outside Karachi, open parcel service requires Rs. 300 advance payment.
Customers must record a video while opening the parcel. This helps verify any delivery issue and keeps the claim process clear.

Return and Replacement
We offer a 14 days replacement warranty for technical faults or product issues not caused by customer misuse.
Refund is only available if you receive a damaged product, faulty product, or wrong product.
Refund issues must be reported within 24 to 48 hours after parcel delivery through WhatsApp or email.
Replacement is not valid for customer misuse, physical breakage, water damage, accidental damage, or improper handling.

Warranty
Warranty only covers technical faults from the product side. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burned parts, broken screen, broken strap, charging damage due to wrong adapter, or misuse.

Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, complete address, and delivery details while placing an order. 9Volt will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by wrong or incomplete customer information.

Product Usage
Customers must use products according to the basic user guide and recommended usage. 9Volt is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repair, wrong charging method, or mishandling.

Website Content
All website content, product images, text, layout, branding, and design belong to 9Volt or are used for product presentation. Copying or using our content without permission is not allowed.

Limitation of Liability
9Volt is not responsible for indirect loss, business loss, personal loss, or damage caused by misuse of any product purchased from our store. Our responsibility is limited to refund, replacement, or support based on our policy.
